SoCal Fitness Boot Camp for Women is an outdoor fitness and exercise program that includes fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. Whether you're goal is to lose weight, get fit, or just live a healthier lifestyle, our Certified Fitness Trainers will motivate you to achieve your goals. Camps are 4 weeks long for one hour a day, Monday through Friday at either 5:30-6:30AM or 8:45-9:45AM. Evening classes are Monday - Thursday 5:45-6:45PM.

Our boot camp program will help you become more physically fit and toned, and gain strength and endurance, which will increase your self-confidence. The fitness program includes exercises designed with a focus on firming your butt and thighs, flattening your stomach, and reducing your body fat.

You don't have to be physically fit to participate in this boot camp. Women of all abilities and ages are welcome to participate. No one will be asked to do more than they are capable of doing safely. Everyone will be challenged to their ability and no one will be left behind. Because the intensity will be slightly increased each day, you will be more physically fit by the end of the program.

This program includes the following exercises: Core conditioning, muscular strengthening, circuit training, short-distance running, sport yoga, hiking, Pilates, obstacle courses, sport drills, and more!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
4-week boot camp (20 hours of instruction) is ONLY $199.
For a fraction of the cost of a typical Personal Trainer ($50 to $100 per hour), you have a great opportunity to be motivated and trained by a Certified Fitness Trainer in the great outdoors of beautiful Southern California.

You can also choose to participate three (3) days per week (12 hours of instruction) for ONLY $149.
Evening Classes are four (4) days per week (16 hours of instruction) for ONLY $175.
PLEASE NOTE: Greater results are achieved from the full 5-day-per-week program.
