
Gail Sivadge teaches
at Cottonwood Creek Park (5:30-6:30am)
She is certified in “AFFA” (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) Personal Trainer since 1998-current, specialty certifications in Yoga/Mat Science/Kick-box/ Strength/ Weight Resistive & Core Training/ HipHop Hustle 1999-current, heartsaver CPR/AED certitied 2000-current.
From 2001-2009 Gail Volunteerd for Ramona High School Sports Programs. Core Training for Girls Varsity Soccer, WaterPolo, and Swim Teams. And since 1995-present Gail has been a Personal Training Coach at the Spa Riviera, Ramona, Gail is also Certified in Post Rehabilitative Exercise Specialist since 2003.
Gail brings over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her involvement in this industry has been as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, Athletic Sports Core Conditioning Coach, Outdoor Fitness Facilitator. She has specific training and skills in dance aerobics, strength & resistive core training, Yoga, Mat Science, Kick-box and HipHop.
Her training background and experience provides her with the confidence and professionalism in which to conduct quality classes that are safe and effective. She practices “what she preachs” and therefore has the ability to demonstrate the enthusiasm and motivation needed in a class atmosphere to keep you committed to health, well being and fitness.

Karen Pietsch teaches Baby and me (10:00-11:00am), & Magee Park
(5:45-6:45pm).
Karen is certified as a fitness
trainer by three national
fitness organizations; NASM,
AFAA, and NCSF. She has a
bachelor’s degree in
pre-physical therapy from
Covenant College in GA, and is
certified in CPR. Karen has
worked as a personal fitness
trainer at 24-Hour Fitness for 3
years, and has logged in over
2500 training hours.
Karen played basketball,
softball, and volleyball in high
school, and was on a year-round
swim team for 3 years. Fitness
has always been a way of life
for Karen, and she plans to keep
it that way.
Her goal for campers is to work
their butts off, and have lots
of fun in the process. Come
join her team of women that are
making a positive choice to
stand above the crowd and make a
lifestyle change to better their
bodies inside and out.

Kathy Cole teaches at the Cannon Park (9:00-10:00am)
Kathy is a certified trainer by National Fitness Organization AFAA, she is also CPR certified. Kathy also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA.
Kathy has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years. She has a long experience in personal training and leading group exercise classes both locally and international (includes Japan & Australia).
Kathy's energy and enthusiasm will motivate you to work as hard as you can, to achieve your desired fitness goal, she will push you & make you sweat to get there, no matter what your fitness level is. Her top priority, is proper technique, because she is allergic to injuries.
Kathy also has 3 kids and she makes sure to keep them active, she also enjoys running, tennis, and water skiing.

Becca teaches at Lake park (5:30am) and the teen summer camp at Magee (9:30am)
Becca holds a B.S. degree in Kinesiology from SDSU with an emphasis in Health, Fitness and Nutrition. She continued her education by obtaining a doctorate degree in Chiropractic from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Becca is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist and has over 7 years experience as a personal trainer, health coach and youth fitness leader. She has extensive education and training in neurology, spinal wellness and core stability. Becca is passionate about leading others to discover their own potential through health and wellness. She believes that health is a God given right and she is committed to helping others achieve it. |
