SoCal Fitness Boot Camp is a women’s only outdoor fitness program, designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals by utilizing fun, challenging, and invigorating activities.

Programs (camps) are 4 weeks long, Monday – Friday, for 1 hour a day, and are instructed by a Certified Fitness Trainer. They include fitness instruction, training, motivation & nutritional counseling. Our programs are designed to accommodate women of ALL fitness levels, shapes & ages.

So, whether you are a beginner, looking to Jump Start your fitness program, or a fitness enthusiast, bored with the same old indoor fitness routines, SoCal Fitness Boot Camp is for YOU!
